JOB PURPOSE
Grow the construction department to established financial goals by planning, communicating, leading, controlling, and documenting all aspects of specific projects as assigned. The Construction Coordinator may work closely with leadership to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is meeting financial, time, scope, and service level targets. The Construction Coordinator works with functional Project Managers and other departments for support as well.

ESSENTIAL RESULTS
Ensure the consistent, organized, and disciplined operation of the fuel systems team by:
- Ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping by field staff.
- Assisting with construction estimating process, pricing, contract and job creation, coordination, and cost analysis
- Maintaining subcontractor, submittal, equipment, job, and other databases & files.
- Assisting with miscellaneous tasks and projects
Continuously improve results, and the effective use of human resources by:
- Ensuring optimum human resource availability and allocation.
- Effectively managing relationships with employees, customers, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders, with emphasis on effective communication.
- Reporting and escalating things to leadership as needed.
- Consistently meeting budget targets for direct and indirect labor expenses as measured by Job Cost & Billing reports and Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
- Helping facilitate effective project reviews and root cause analyses that allow us to continuously improve our policies and operating procedures.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects by:
- Coordinate management objectives and plans, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensuring optimum material & equipment resource availability, allocation and waste controls.
- Developing detailed project plans to both track and forecast progress at all levels.
- Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Working with individuals and teams to coordinate course corrections and change controls as needed.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
- Consistently meeting established quality goals as measured by Project Management Office, QC audit scores, and customer engagement measures. No costly mistakes.
- Helping ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
Meet established financial benchmarks and goals by:
- Helping forecast direct & indirect expenses and ensuring they are consistently right-sized to revenue trends as measured by the profit & loss statement.
- Helping perform consistent risk management analyses, minimizing costly mistakes.
- Prioritizing and completing tasks & projects by established deadlines.

- Collecting accurate information regarding customer equipment and/or problems
- Providing accurate and timely Key Performance Indicators reports
- Providing accurate and timely SIR reports to customers

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug & background checks
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in construction management, project estimating, project management, or related field a plus.
- Previous estimating or project manager experience a plus
- Must be proficient on Windows PC & Microsoft Office suite
- Must be tech-savvy and be able to learn the I.T. systems of Willborn quickly. These systems include, but are not limited to estimating, project management, resource scheduling, and CAD drawing suites.
- Must have ability to express ideas concisely and clearly, orally and in writing.
- Must enjoy working with data.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
- Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
- Required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, reading and visual inspection.
The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
