JOB PURPOSE
Leading, managing, training, and mentoring the Fuel Systems Construction project crew. A foreman must prioritize, delegate responsibility, inspect work, keep accurate records, interact with both customers and contractors, and ultimately ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately, on-time, and on-budget.

Ensure safe, quality, efficient, and timely delivery of Willborn projects by:
- Planning, leading, and inspecting new construction projects.
- Taking an active role in project management decisions and uses of material and human resources
- Ensuring highest levels of customer service by service staff
- Ensuring ongoing maintenance, security, and safety of Willborn equipment, shops, tools, and parts
- Communicating frequently with service staff on performance toward established operational goals
- Using accurate & timely record keeping, as well as key performance indicators (KPI's) to create a learning organization that minimizes costly mistakes.
Maintain Willborn product and service offerings by:
- Creating and maintaining lasting relationships with customers, vendors, and contractors
- Collaborating with internal and external Davidson Oil personnel, with emphasis on the service and parts departments.
- Staying abreast of new products, laws, regulations, licenses, and certifications
- Directing Willborn construction projects in a way that builds our brand
Help the Construction department meet established revenue, expense, and profit targets by:
- Keeping score. Creating a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitoring bids, budget allocations, expenditures, and other related financial metrics.
Demonstrate superior leadership to subordinates and positively influence other teams by:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug & background checks
- Must have a high school diploma
- Must have current or previous Underground Petroleum Storage Tank Installation
- Training and certifications in OSHA Safety, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, and Computer networking also a plus
- Must have knowledge and ability to operate small to mid-sized construction equipment
- Must have ability to express ideas concisely and clearly, orally and in writing
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
- Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- Required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles or equipment and operating machines where the seeing job is at or within arm's reach
- The worker is subject to outside environmental conditions with no effective protection from the weather and may be subject to both extreme heat and extreme cold.
