Job Purpose

The Warehouse Operations Manager directs and manages the day-to-day activities of the warehouse utilizing standard inventory and replenishment processes. This role supports and manages the inventory needs of other businesses units, as well as the over the counter business of the warehouse showroom.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma
• Must have past supervisory experience
• Must have 3-5 years of previous inventory management and purchasing experience
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and background checks
• Must have business management and accounting skills
• Must have strong proficiency in computer assisted inventory programs.

Physical Requirements

• Reaching, walking, lifting, fingering, and talking
• Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly moving objects.
• Required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and visual inspection
